Asia Principal Capital Limited, (“APCL”) is a Brunei licensed corporate advisory and fund management business focused on Principal Finance and Corporate and Structured Finance advisory services. We have three core sectors of interest, Financial Services, Infrastructure and Property. 
Our business highlights the value of juxtaposing origination capabilities, direct access to the institutional debt and equity markets, and the capacity of a small team leveraging its expertise and integrity to capture and execute significantly sized transactions across three continents.
The company and prevailing market conditions demand a sophisticated cross-disciplinary approach to Principal Finance, Corporate and Structured Finance investment banking and those resident skills are critical to the development and management of our business.
The active use of our Brunei entity, structure and licenses is seen as a key business asset and facilitates the continued growth of our Advisory and Fund Management businesses.
We are and will remain regionally focused and based, but we actively maintain our reach into geographically diverse markets for both origination and distribution.

Our team has proven its capacity to originate and execute significant transactions and we expect to continue to utilize those capabilities across the range of our interests.
Our core objectives will remain as follows:
- Return substantially better than market comparable returns to stake holders.
- Continue to concentrate on financial services (consumer finance and mortgage finance assets), infrastructure (power, communication and roads) and property sectors (commercial and residential).
- Acquire key assets to strengthen our balance sheet and provide the basis for further growth.
- Build a well capitalized and highly regarded specialized investment banking business.
